By using Listmize, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Accounts and Privacy

Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Email visibility is hidden by default. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you post (lists, items, comments).
• You grant Listmize a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material.

5. Acceptable Use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse.
• No spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
• No unauthorized scraping, bulk harvesting, or attempts to bypass security.
• No posting of others’ personal information without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Listmize’s trademarks, logos, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or exploit them without permission. Respect third-party rights when posting content.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may limit use to protect the service or comply with law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listmize and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. We may retain limited records as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless your local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
